About the menu
Step into the heart of the 'dragon’s lair', where steam rises, grills sizzle, and flavors erupt in an explosion of spice and smoke. Fire comes alive on the plate, each dish carrying a whisper of tradition and a roar of innovation.
The newly launched menu takes you through a sensory journey of the Tang Dynasty, showcasing some of the best Chinese, Sichuan and Japanese dishes. A royal fusion of flavours, the menu blends modern techniques with traditional Asian flavours bringing the dragon's magic to life through the Fire/Ice menu. - Jumbo Prawns– Big on flavour, succulent, briny, and perfectly seasoned, they bring the ocean’s bounty to your plate with an Asian twist. And is packed with freshness.
-Malaysian Lamb Rendang – A slow-cooked masterpiece bathed in coconut, spices, and heritage, telling the story of a thousand kitchens. Enjoyed with steamed rice, it's love on a plate which will have you craving for more.
-Buttermilk Chicken – Crisp on the outside, tender on the inside—this dish embraces comfort with a spicy, tangy kiss. It was a wonderful surprise with each bite hitting the spot in a refreshing way.
