A thin peninsula close to Bangor, Maine broug

The trip was primarily a Father-Daughter trip. I am the youngest in my family of six, and as such the last to settle. My father sensed my need to explore the Northeast, a part of America I had yet to go, so he sprang for a long weekend for the two of us. The pancake part of it evolved throughout the trip, but became a point of amusement and a great name for our adventure.
