GuideGokarna is a small beach town on the coast of the Arabian sea, home to a must-visit Hindu Pilgrimage site – the Mahabaleshwar Temple. This quaint little town gets equal attention for its many calm and clean beaches; tourists from across the country, as well as foreigners, are drawn to the beauty of the town. To experience the sanctity and sightliness of Gokarna, we recommend trekking along the coastline and exploring one striking beach after another. You are bound to be a victim of love at first (beach) sight! Check out the detailed itinerary below for more information.
- Campstay
- Depart from Bangalore at 7:30 PM on friday night
- Check-in to the campsite, freshen up & have breakfast
- By 9:00 am, get ready to begin your beach treks
- Explore Paradise Beach, Half Moon Beach, Sunset point and Om Beach
- Pass through Dolphin Point and Kudle Beach
- Later, enjoy camping in Gokarna
- Have an early morning breakfast and pack up to leave for Bangalore
- On the way back, visit Historic Mirjan Fort followed by self sponsored lunch
- Reach Bangalore around 9 -10 pm
- Transportation (non-AC) to and fro from Bangalore
- Sharing basis accommodation in tents
- Meals: 2 breakfast and 1 dinner
- Export trek guides from TrekPool
- Forest permissions
- Campfire
- Anything not included in the inclusions above
- Any kind of insurance
- Personal expenses (snacks, mineral water etc.)
- Other water activities
We require a minimum of 8 members to confirm the event.
In case we fail to obtain the required minimum, full refund or the option to transfer to any other event will be provided (option of transfer shall be subject to payment/refund of balance amount if any).
If you cancel 7 days before the date of the event: 90% refund will be provided (payment gateway charges will be deducted)
If you cancel 3-6 days before the date of the event: 50% of the actual amount of the trek (payment gateway charges will be deducted)
If you cancel 48 hours before the date of the event: no refund would be provided.
Last-minute cancellations due to work, health issues, etc. would not be entertained and no refund or transfer shall be allowed for the same.
Additional charges would be deducted (based on from where you booked) if you cancel the trek at any given date (along with the scenario described above), as payment gateway/event listing charges.
For all the above choices, you can transfer your tickets to your friends. We would be more than happy to have them on board and you could save your hard-earned money.
