I suggest you to travel in India. It's not a one-day Pandemic. It will go slowly. I don't think you would like to take chance out of India. Have you ever in Rajasthan? I think you will love Udaipur, Jaisalmer, Jaipur.

Traveling anywhere would be the same... depends on the vaccine availability and restart of tourism and flights... your options could be: In India, you can go to Kerala, Rajasthan or North East India... all worth your time. outside India would be South East Asian countries, Bhutan, Sri Lanka, Scotland, Norway... would depend on your budget.
