Hotel Rv Inn is a good hotel in dharamshala. i have been there last winter.

Try Treebo hotel in Dharamsala. it's close to River and located in naddi. however if you are going to mcloedganj please avoid Treebo hotel it's one of the worst locations for Treebo.
