Regular buses go from Kashmiri Gate ISBT. I would recommend you to take HRTC volvo bus as it is almost 12 hours journey. I had also gone to Dhramsala solo, last month. Check out the following articles, they would help planning your journey and travel- https://www.tripoto.com/trip/my-tryst-with-triund-and-indrahar-pass-part-1-5ba380292385f https://www.tripoto.com/trip/5-cheap-stay-places-for-solo-travelers-in-mcleodganj-5bbf7e9fa9be0

Thank you
There are many buses from Delhi to Dharmshala you can get them from ISBT. Another option is to travel Pathankot by train and then take bus from there. This would be really a nice journey and cost effective and reservations are also easily available.
