There is still a quarantine facility I heard you need to be in once you get there. So, not recommended until things get easy

Hotels Association have asked permission to resume operations but so far no update and travel ban continues in Goa.

Goa is now open for domestic tourists. But u have to get -ve covid report in your home state, and within 48hrs of test result, enter in goa. At there, take a covid test again cost and quarantine for 48hrs in goa government facility until ur test report declared -ve. Non essential activities are closed from 9pm to 5am. Got information recently( 11 June.)
