It’s a kumaoni recipe made out of black soybeans. It is cooked on Lohe ki kadai and garnished with lentils as per our choice. Ghee lubricates this dish totally, which is usually served for lunch and dinner. I tasted this dish in Kashipur. Neither bland nor too spicy.
