I was there in Dumas beach,Surat.
It has history of sudden high tide which causes many accident.In normal time sea water is hardly visible from beach.
Accidents gives its name as haunted.

UpvoteCommentI have been to dhanushkodi. Even though it gives you eeire feeling owing to it being deserted and the ruins, but I won't say that it's haunted. if anything, it is a gorgeous place with spectacular deep blue waters and near perfect tranquility. 😊
