Yes , upto March some places are covered in snow after March it's all open for trekking

If you are looking for Snow trek then Jan to March is best like Kedarkantha trek, Chandrashila, Manali.

All the way from June to July and for few places it does extend till September

It highly depends in which area you want to go. Season varies as you go from Leh-Ladakh region to North East region.
