I've been to Bali in April and July , I totally recommend to go in July. The weather is amazing. April was just too hot especially in the evenings when one would ideally like to step out and go to beach clubs.

Definitely November to March.... you might get few rain showers..but manageable

Hi Namita, Even within these months, the peak tourist season lasts from July to August, but April, May, June and September, just before and after the busiest time in Bali are truly the best months to visit.
