You will take two days to cover Delhi ( Covering all sightseeing places), then you can do day trip to Agra and Fathehpur Sikari ( Stay one night there) and keep last day for food and shopping in Delhi if you are going back from Delhi.

You can cover the prominent sites like Lots temple, Jantar Mantar, Qutub Minar, Akshardham, etc in Delhi in 2 days. Another day, you can go to Agra and visit Taj Mahal. If not you can visit Khau Gali, CP, Haus Khaz and check out the nightlife of Delhi.

U can go Manali.. dharamshala.. shimla.. if u love mountains.. otherwise if you are interested in historical stuffs.. Agra Delhi n amristar would do

If u mean around delhi...then there are many places u can go to for 4 days...if u wish to visit himachals then parwanoo and shimla are ur places.and if u wish to go to uttarakhand.u can head to nainital or jim corbett or kasauli or lens downe kr dhanaulti or musoorie.u can also visit agra and mathura if u wish to take a religious trip..

4 days in delhi, I would suggest you to take a day trip to agra, mathura and vridavan. 1/2 day trip to jaipur. last day you can take hop on hop off bus in delhi which will cover all major tourist attractions.
