Hello, At first you have to fly till Bangalore from Hyderabad. From bangalore, buses are easily available for Gokarna and its overnight journey. you can check in Makemytrip or Redbus. Upon reaching Gokarna, stay at Kudle beach shacks(1000-2000 Rs per night) and it wont disappoint you because you will be just 10 steps away from the beach. Cover Kudle beach and Om beach for next day, and you can start for Murudeshwar via road and it will take just 3-4 hours from gokarna. Private vehicles are available for murudeshwar. Visit the murudeshwar beach and lord shiva statue and stay over for the night in a local hotel there. Start for Udupi the next day , you can take private vehicle or train from murudeshwar. Visit Malpe beach and St. Marry's island (ferry available from Malpe beach). Come till mangalore for Bangalore buses. Buses are easily available from mangalore to bangalore. Hi! Transit from Hyderabad to Mangalore: there are both non-stop as well as 1-stop flights. Mangalore to Udupi: You could take a taxi from airport to city centre. There are local private buses and A/C government buses that ply from M'lore to Udupi frequently (65 km). On the way, there is a stop called Kaup which has the Kaup/Kapu beach. You could stop there if you wish to climb inside a lighthouse and get some amazing views!! At Udupi: 1) The most popular beach is Malpe with the gorgeous St. Mary's island. I would recommend you spend more time on the island than the beach which is usually very crowded. 2) If you'd like to visit a less crowded beach, hit the Kodi Bengre beach. It also has a delta point - where river meets sea. But let me warn you, the currents are very strong there and one ought to be extremely cautious. 3) If you like religious places, the Udupi Krishna temple is worth visiting. The place has restrictions on what to wear, so it's best to stick to traditional attire if you plan to go. 4) If you'd like to try the Udupi cuisine, go to Summer Palace near the bus stand and eat the thali meals. 5) The town Manipal is barely 3 km from the bus stand. It's a student town and has active nightlife. Udupi-Murdeshwar-Gokarna You could hire a taxi for the next 3 days or travel by local buses. Murdeshwar has the iconic Shiva temple and the beach by the town's name. This can be covered in half a day. You could drive further to Gokarna and halt there. Gokarna: It's a lovely amalgamation of culture and nature! Gokarna beach, Kudle beach, Om beach, Half-moon beach can all be covered on foot as well. If you're comfortable trekking, you can explore that! Do hit the town as well to catch a glimpse of Gokarna culture. You can check out my trip on Gokarna for more: https://www.tripoto.com/trip/5-things-you-can-do-in-gokarna-apart-from-hitting-the-beaches-5d39d2fa09dfd There are KSRTC buses from Gokarna to Bangalore - an overnight journey to take BLR-HYD flight. Or you could return to Mangalore via taxi and take a flight back to Hyderabad. I hope you enjoy the coastal towns of Karnataka! :)
