Hi Yuganti, Laxmi Misthan Bhandar and Rawat Hotel are two places in Jaipur where you can enjoy the authentic local cuisine. I have come across a post on Tripoto that have a full list of such hotels in Jaipur, you can go through it and plan your trip. https://www.tripoto.com/trip/food-places-to-look-out-for-in-jaipur-59c6d727b96cc

If you love non vegetarian food then try Shetty's seekh kebab. Cold coffee near statue circle, pandit paav bhaji near ganesh mandir, milk products of saras outlets are worth trying. Saras also serves paneer pakoras, dosa etc. but my personal favourite is dudh jalebi. Sahoo's gajak is famous, Raawat's mawa kachori and pyaaj kachori are finger licking good. If you want to try local Rajasthani cuisine go for bejar roti with kair sangri ki sabji and laal mirch ki chutney.

If you are looking for sweets, I recommend you to visit Sodhani sweets in front of Nagar Nigam, Kanha Sweets, Raj Kachauri at Rawat near Sindhi Camp. I also recommend you to go to Chaukhi Dhani if you are not from Rajasthan. I am a Rajasthani. The most authentic Rajasthani food I had in any restaurant is at that place. However, it can be little expensive.
