May be you can try doing solo with help of journey itinerary already put up in tripoto.

We went with www.whiteyakholidays.com last year for 8 nights 9 days and cost per head was 22000 they have best discounts available for groups .

Whichever place you are taking the bikes do include mechanic and backup vehicle in the package , it will be costly but will come handy during the trip ,if possible communicate with other groups also so that u can share the expenses .
