Daringbadi can be reached from Bhubaneswar (251 km) and other important places of the state by regular bus services. The nearest railway station is at Berhampur (120 km). The easiest way is to book a taxi from Berhampur. There are three routes by which you can reach Daringbadi from Berhampur by road. PLACES TO VISIT 1. Hill View Point: Hill view point is a beautiful point from where the entire Daringbadi including the neighboring town is clearly visible. While at Daringbadi, it is recommended to visit Hill View Point exactly without a moment’s delay. 2. Biranchi Narayan Temple: Biranchi Narayan Temple or Biranchinarayan Temple, is likewise called as the “Wooden Konark” is situated in a spot called Buguda. The wall designing, wooden architecture and the lovely carvings on the wood pulls enormous number of individuals consistently to this blessed spot. 3. Coffee Plantation: Coffee Plantations and Black Pepper Plantations are the two ideal destinations to explore. Managed and maintained by Soil Conservation/Forest Department, the spot is also perfect for picnic and for hangout with friends. 4. Putudi Waterfalls: Putudi Waterfall is a standout amongst the most prevalent waterfalls located on the Bada Saluki River with thick backwoods and hills on either side. Doluri River: This river is filled with beautiful waterfalls and natural scenic beauties.

Daringbadi is a popular hill station of Odisha situated at height of 3000ft ( 900m)from sea level Distance: from BBSR ( BHUBANESWAR) is 250km. From Berhampur is 120km. From Sambalpur via phulbani is 270km. If you want to enjoy the natural beauty of DARINGBADI Then you must visit in between November to January. But a single clarification “there is no such thing as snowfall occurs during winter if you listen to it from somewhere or via any source that's totally false, I told you that confidentially as one friend of mine is from Bhubaneswar. But if you are a traveler want to know much about the tribal culture and their lifestyles then you welcome, you can also enjoy its -3°c temp in winter. There are many tribal villages around Daringbadi you may explore. Its a beautiful hill station near Bhubaneshwar. Its called Kashmir of Orissa as it might snow there during peak winter season. You can see and interact with many famous tribal communities near by.

Daringbadi is called the Kashmir of Odisha its the only place in odisha where their is snow fall in winters. The nearest railway station is Berhampur from there you have to book a taxi its 125km away. Its a very beautiful hill station.
