Yes its very affordable in 3 days and you can manage in Ashram or camp stay like Parmarth Niketan or any glod camp near Ganga river.

You can do it in 3 days but i recommend minimum 4 days to enjoy. Its around 420 Km from delhi. We group of 9 people visited chopta in Dec 2017 on bikes. We stayed in Mayadeep Herbal Resort in Chopta. We paid 4500 + foods extra for 9 people for one night.

Yes 3day is sufficient but if u want cover all the places then minimum 4day is required.
