Yes you can. One day is more tham enough for Kanyakumari, and so is for Rameswaram. You can then head directly to rameswaram and then madurai. There is more to explore in Madhurai. Plan accordingly so that you can make proper arrangements for travel and stay.

Yes you can do it 3days and 2 night are enough to travel these places
upvoteUpvotemessageComment
Yes you can cover these three places in 3 days and 2 nights. Use Madurai as the pivot point, one day for Rameshwaram n then come back to madurai. Next day to kanyakumari, and again back Madurai in the night. N one full day for Madurai

Yes it is possible, if you stick with the Schedule. Head Straight to Rameshwaram, taking a overnight train From Chennai. Day:1 There are plenty of Cloak rooms in Rameswaram, drop your bag in one of them and carry a pair of dry clothes with you. Take bath in the Ocean then head to the holy 22 thirthams, where holy water from it will poured over you. After bath change to your dry clothes and head to Temple. After Lunch visit dhanushkodi and be back to Rameshwaram and take a bus to Madurai(4hrs road). Check in a hotel in Madurai. Day 2 : Start early and head to Meenakshi Amman temple in Madurai to avoid crowd, try famous drink of madurai Jigirthanda, Visit Nayakar Mahal. Take a overnight bus/train to Kanyakumari (or Nagercoil 12km from Kanyakumari) to reach before sunrise. Day 3: Go to the sun rise point to witness beautiful sunrise. Immediately head to the boating point (expect a long que on holidays). Visit Thiruvalluvar Statue and Vivekananda memorial.Visit Bhagavathu/kanyakumari temple. If needed head to a hotel and fresh up/take a nap. In the eve head to the sunset point to witness the beautiful sunset. Take a overnight bus/train back to Chennai for your Flight. Hope this itinerary will help you! With just one night at hotel! I have done a similar trip recently. Happy Travelling!
