No, it's a not a day-night trek. it's Everest. Without proper guidance and medical checkup, you are not allowed and it's not preferable either.

No, never ever. If you are planning for the everest you have to start working on your physical health one year before, it is so tough. Barely anybody can make it till the top. And coming to your question, you cannot conquer the mountains alone, you will need the help of the Sherpas, the permit from government which only Sherpas can do that for you easily. Sherpas carry an extra oxygen cylinder for you, they are like the real god, so you cannot even think of going till the top without the helo of Sherpas.
