Can someone please help? I have earned 700 credits and trying to redeem them for Tripoto goody bag worth credits of 200.. but after entering the number, a message is showing 'not enough credits' ???????? what to do?

It is valid for credits earned in mentioned month not all soo plz check the month ur credits are old I thought

Check if you have earned 100 in the current month. If so, mail them about the problem you are facing
