Hi Santosh, You can visit Kaas Pathar (Kaas Plateau) in November, but with adjusted expectations. It won’t be peak flower-bloom season then. The wildflower bloom is mostly over by November. The main display of flowers happens during the monsoon and just after (roughly June → October), with peak colours in September–October.
