In a budget of 2-5k you can go any good hotel in your city ,
if your budget is about 10-15k you can choose shimla,kullu, manali,dharamshala ,
if more than +60k you can visit thailand etc.

I will say Goa. Here is why: Travel - easily connected with Indian Railways
Food - as economical as your city
Hotel stay - You can book good Oyo in goa for few hundred rupees per nights. PS - Do not miss driving licence and hit upvote if you like it😜
