Yes, the Rafting and bungee are active. but the rates are being raised from 15th Feb. current rates for Rafting : 400 INR
increased prices : 1000 Rs. min

Normally cost of bungee is ₹3550 and you’ll get a 16km river rafting in ₹500 if you stay in Mustache hostel which cost ₹300.

River rafting cost depends on Distance.12km , 15km, 19km. for 12km around 400-500.
for 15 km around 600-700. for 19km around 900.

River rafting costs around 500 INR per head for 16kms stretch (2hrs - 2hr 30mins) + 250 INR per head for 8 people raft (total 2000 INR) for GoPro video recording. Bungee jumping would cost around 3800 INR (Latest permit prices), however needs to be booked in advance period of 7 days or so.

It will cost you about 4k for the bungee it's a good option though you can opt to stay in tents or hostels by the river for the utmost experience to breathe in all of rishikesh
