Yes. There are cabs available 24*7. You can ask your hotel manager to provide you one.

Hi, Public buses stop running after 7 pm so you would get lot of prepaid taxis from the airport itself. We had hired our airport cab from Goa Cabs.

Travelling in Goa is quite a problem if it's at night only cabs could be d best option if it's by 5.30 pm then there r airport shuttle too

Prepaid counters are always open. If you feel thats unsafe then hang out at the airport until daybreak. There is night time surcharge though. Pointer - keep talking to the driver just in case he dozes off. Rest everything is fine.
