Yes you can post without content in photoblogs. But content can help you more to get credits as it attracts viewers and increase it's numbers. So try to write little content with catchy title.

I think same for both photoblog or trip both are publish as trip but single or few photos can’t get same credit as few photos with contain.you have to share more photos for that.

Photoblogs without content also give credit but mentioning some details about pictures will enhance ur followers
