Sharjah is comparatively less expensive than Dubai

Sharjah stay is cheaper than dubai. But in dubai itself, you can find cheap hotels in deira area. Deira is also know for cheap shopping streets. If you have a plan to explore uae, i would recommend to stay in dubai as most of the wonders are in dubai. Sharjah to dubai and vise versa traffic is horrible from 6 to 10 am and 4 to 7 pm.

Hi, When people want to visit some country they have never been to, they usually start tedious search of proper hotel, asking friends about their experience, reading a lot of negative and positive reviews of tourists. In fact, it’s quite simple to choose the proper resort. Just decide what type of holiday you want and how you plan to spend your vacation. Choose Sharjah if you: – Have limited budget – Want to spent most of free time on the beach – Going to take kids with you – Can spent week or two without drinking alcohol Choose Dubai if you: – Focused on shopping and entertainments – Can’t imagine holiday without a mug of beer – Simply want to see all wonders of Dubai such as Burj Khalifa, the famous singing fountain etc. Want to combine sunbathing and swimming with the qualitative shopping? Then choose Sharjah! The point is there are only 30 km between these two remarkable cities!

This largely depends on your purpose of travel. If you are coming here as a tourist, staying in Dubai makes more sense, even if you get cheaper hotels in Sharjah, due to these reasons. 1. Public transport within Dubai is good. Metro and buses are the cheapest travel options. There's no metro in Sharjah. 2. Traffic going in and out of Sharjah is crazy. You can imagine the amount of time it takes just to enter from Dubai during peak hours, even during these COVID times. 3. Most of the tourist attractions are in Dubai. 4. You will get better community vibes. 5. Sharjah has very densely populated areas. 6. Dubai charm is different and better - be it shopping, quality of life, city life, food and everything else. If you are coming here as a resident, again depends on your work location. If you are ok with travelling for additional 45 mins just to enter the Sharjah Border from Dubai, cars moving at 5 kmph speed for 1 hour, (if you are aware of Bangalore or Mumbai Traffic, well - partially like that), you can consider. Jesus, I'm from the Ukraine and it looks like I have to move to Dubai because of the war. I think it's not going to be easy. Although I have to admit that now my friend from https://emirabiz.com/getting-uae-residency/ is helping me with uae residence visa, so it should not be as difficult as I thought before. Anyway, even if the move itself will be easy, my mental state leaves a lot to be desired.

If you're looking for budget-friendly shopping, Sharjah can be a great choice. While Dubai offers luxury shopping malls, Sharjah is known for its numerous souks (markets) where you can find affordable goods, textiles, and local crafts. Staying in Sharjah and taking a short trip to Dubai for specific experiences might be a cost-effective option, allowing you to enjoy the best of both worlds – the vibrant shopping scene in Sharjah and the glitzy attractions in Dubai.
