Hey!! It depends on what kind package you are taking , most package includes hotels and flight. but some just offer you only the hotel package or local sightseeing package.

They are included in some packages e.g.Dubai.
You can easily go through Inclusions and Exclusions of each package.

In some they include flights and in some they don't.
Like in the ongoing packages list, they have flight included for the Dubai package.
