You should certainly visit Munnar for the Neelakurinji festival..It's happening this year after13 years ...And will again happen after 12years..So yes definitely to witness. Also OOTY can be other option. Summers in South India is too much hot and humid to bear., so hill stations are preferably good. Hope this helps...

Well in South india if u want to enjoy scenic beauty then ooty is a great place to visit, apart from ooty allepi in kerala is a wonderful place it encloses beautiful backwater along with houseboats and canal ride.

Hey.. I suggest you should avoid South India in June.. With onset of Monsoon you may have some hindrance in exploring places.. plan for North India where you can beat the summer heat ..

try to visit the Kerala neelakurinji festival happening once in 12years gokarna (Karnataka) also good place to visit
