Stay In Mahabaleshwar to visit there many places and after that you can visit Panchgani. For Ashtvinayak you have to move from one place to another so its better plan accordingly.

For Ashtavinayak take help of a local pune based travel agent . That will be best . It is most economical also. This trip should be done in 3 days
For Mahabaleshwar there are regular buses / cab from Pune . See if MTDC holiday homes are available. They are most economical and best locations . Otherwise you can look at www.booking.com for other options . 2 nights 3 days are sufficient for Mahabaleshwar

Hi Sanjay, When I went to Pune, I stayed in a Airbnb homestay in Koregaon park for an easy access to restaurants and good neighborhood. We did day trips to Lonavala and Mahabaleshwar from there ony.

For a plane to stay I suggest you to check Trivago and airbnd. and to visit the places you always have that locals to help and guide you.

Dont check for online hotels in Mahabaleshwar..they take a big commission on it. Rather u'll urself search hotels in city and surely will get a better hotel with reasonable price
