11th nov is too early for snowfall. Usually you can witness a snowfall in dec end and early jan. And places like chopta, auli, kausani, deoriatal, kedarkantha, Nag tibba are some of the many where you can witness snowfall

Too difficult to get snow in Nov unless you go on 10000 feet trek.
