Dharamshala is the right place for you . Here you could trek for triund to the snow line and the view from top is mesmarising.Dharamshala is also popular for paragliding.

You can visit sainj its isolated , cheap
and sight seeing is too gud you will get snow and greenery both
there is a homestay which is of my friend.
best place to visitif you want peacefull place
