There are many places in Uttarkhand. You can explore all Dehradun, Mussoorie and Rishikesh together.

Assuming you are located in or around Delhi I would say try Dalhousie, Chamba, Khajjiar, Pragpur, Bundla, Andretta, Amritsar or Upper & Lower Dharamshala
