I have been in Bhuj& Kutch.You may fly up to Ahmedabad.Train services are there up to Bhuj&Rajkot.For dwaraka bus from Rajkot may be an option.Economic hotels are available in Mandvi & Bhuj.

Now you are Mumbai right, so you going to Somnath Temple by bus or train what are in your budget, than you purchase a car on rent and going to Dwarka and bet Dwarka one night stay a chip hotel and next day you started your journey from Kutch Bhuj by car or train. and explore the katch-bhuj. you are in stay chip hotel and eat reliable food so you can easily manage your expense.

Somnath and Dwarka is at one place and bhuj and kutch at another. Bit different to cover in same route, but depends on how many days you have. Since it's November you can also witness rann utsav at kutch white desert. I am not sure but do check if there a ferry which runs from Dwarka to mandvi, if it does then you can save a lot of time.

I am from Bhuj itself. major attractions at Bhuj and Kutch are
hamirsar lake,
aaina Mahal.
bhujio fort sunset.
Swaminarayan temeple.
you can visit Mandvi beach 60kms I believe.
and obviously white desert.
if you are going for white desert you can cover these things at single stretch: Kala dungar(highest peak of Kutch), magnetic mountain, white desert, last bag checkpost near Pakistan border, and khavda. you can ping me for more info..

First reach Mumbai to Ahmedabad by train then go to Somnath by night train, then Diu, Dwarka etc
