Rather than going with package tours and travel, i would suggest you can plan the trip by yourself. The flight will cost you within 20k to and fro.
You can book your stay in Sukumvith road where you can find nice Indian restaurants.

I would suggest you plan your trip yourself. It will minimize your cost and will have freedom to explore what you want. Stay 3 days in Pattaya and keep 2days for Bangkok. Check my below link where is the guide for hotel stay in budget.

You should stay in Sukhumvit area in Bangkok. so that you can easily access nightlife and main attraction of Bangkok.Over cost for this 35000/-
