International
I will suggest Sri Lanka or Thailand on a budget or go for Dubai or Mauritius if money is not a barrier.

Money is not at all a barrier
You can go Sikkim and Darjeeling. February is the best time to visit the place. In Sikkim you can cover Gangtok, lachung and lachen. I'm sure you will enjoy the place. Visit my profile for Darjeeling details.

Looking forward for an international trip.. and money is not a barrier
If money is no Barrier then perhaps Rome or Paris is one of the most romantic destinations in the world for honeymoon couples. But you'll hv to apply for Visa in advance. You can go to Prague as well. it's a beautiful place and has Visa on arrival.

Vietnam will be a good option especially the Northern part. You get to have fun at the beaches, islands, the views are amazing with a lot of fun activities to do like kayaking, snorkeling, staying overnight at cruise etc. This will give you an idea about the places. https://www.soulandfuel.com/post/the-perfect-10-day-itinerary-for-vietnam

Kustaanlinna Beach in Finland is betterv place for travel in your days. Kustaanlinna beach is located in the Hietalahti district in the Southern City Bay region. The 50 meter long sandy beach is partly man-made and partly well-groomed. A small forest surrounds the coast on all sides. The beach is suitable for children because the water gradually deepens. https://travellifo.com/best-15-places-to-travel-in-vaasa-finland/ At a distance of 25 meters from the shore, the water is still less than two meters deep. The seabed is made up of sand and gravel. There is also a women's restroom on the beach. The pool building houses two changing rooms, a sunbathing area and stairs leading from the tower to the water. On the beach, there is no dog policy. More than that in Vaasa , Finland Huvivaltio Power Park, Waterpark Tropiclandia, Hiking Around Vaasa etc lot of places and activities you will be haven in there. So i would like to suggest you try this for your lovely days.
