Actually plan is good, but it's not recommended to go there this year, weather, corona and current situation is not good. One will face problem in stay, food and transport too.

Some places in Himachal and UK are still closed, like Manali has closed its borders for tourists. I believe due to the border tensions, there will be restrictions in the Leh region this year.
