If you want to travel solo, then try North-East portion of India, Arunachal, Meghalaya. You will find actual a peaceful place. And as you say, you like beaches, then you can try Andaman, Pondicheri, Diu, Chennai..

Hey Sanjit! See whole lot of India is really incredible to travel but this time of the year calls for Gujarat. Do consider experiencing Rannotsav at Kutch since it’s is limited period thing and a lifetime experience. Kutch nahi dekha toh kuch nahi dekha! Keep travelling!

You can go Sikkim or Himachal ... from Chandigarh you will get bus or taxi easily for Shimla .... and road trip mei u will find many places while going Manali ...
