Hello, I am planning for a trek to kheerganga . I would like to know if any permissions are to be taken from forest department. Would we be allowed to camp on our own in kheerganga . Any contact details of local guides would be greatly helpful.

Hi Giripriya, No permissions are required for the Kheerganga trek. And you can camp there on your own also.
