Hello Vikram , I'll be happy to answer your travel queries from my experience ☺️. *The route you mensioned are totally opposite and from different different states , Mussoorie and auli are from uttrakhand and kufri ,Shimla ,Rohtang are from Himachal Pradesh . *you can do only once at a time .whether you can explore uttrakhand by Mussoorie to auli route covering kedarkantha, joshimath , Rishikesh or you can travel to himachal-pradesh by this route ,delhi Shimla-kufri-manali-rohtang-dalhausie-dharmashala and back . *since you mensioned that you are planning for bike trip ,I would suggest you to better explore Himachal this is because due to early infrastructural development,it has better roadways and transportation facilities than uttrakhand . *you can go through this link to book good hotels in himachal ,I just checked online and the best deals were at tripoto itself. https://www.tripoto.com/himachal-pradesh/hotels HAPPY TRAVELLING 😊

If you have your own bike then you can start from Dehradun but if you want to rent a bike then firstly you should go Rishikesh from there you can take bike on rent and they have so much of variety, choose which one you want then starts your journey

Isn’t there any bike rentals in dehradun?
Go via Delhi

Here is a train direct from my place to Raiwala near dehradun, so no need to go to Delhi
Firstly dehradun-mussoorie-auli is a complete different route from shimla-kufri-manali-rohtang. I would like you to note that google maps shows 2 different places named auli. One is in Himachal Pradesh and other one is in Uttarakhand. Am not sure about the one in Himachal. So your route depends on which auli you are talking about. Most probably it would be the second one, the one in uttarakhand because it is a famous tourist destination for skiing and snowcaped mountain views! The one in Himachal Pradesh is just a small village. So if you prefer the one in uttarakhand then the route might get tiresome as it will include a lot of travelling You should better keep it only upto uttrakhand and take a route like : Rishikesh-Dehradun-Mussorie-Chopta-Auli and back

And if you are talking about the track i mentioned then yes definitely you can take a bike from dehradun and follow that track.
Yes may be you can do so if you prefer going to the auli in himachal pradesh. I dont have much idea about that route.
