Hi Padmini, if this is your ask, then do travel to Jibhi in Teerthan Valley, which is nearby to Jaloripass from where you can trek to Saryolsar lake which is 5km a side from Jalori and also, can explore Apple orchids in Bahu 8km from Jibhi and Chaini fort. Also, you can go fishing at Teerthan Valley. If you need details for stay and want me to organise your trip here, can do that as well, or just the details needed, you can ping me separately. After covering this place, you can head for Kasol, Manikaran from there itself. you can visit my instagram @travellerjunkiee for detailed description of this place.

We explored Dharamshala, khajjiar, dalhousie and Mcleodganj in 5-6 days. The experience was very nice. Triund trek in Mcleodganj is the best trek i ever had.

For 5 days in himachal, follow dharmshala(triund trek) to bhunter, kasol, kheerganga trek, then old manali for sight seeing and cafes. For local villages go to sangla valley or jibhi.

We did a 10 day trip to Himachal Pradesh. I'd suggest to do a 10 day trip to explore all the places on peace. However, I do understand there might be time constraints. Some of the places I'd suggest that you can explore are: Mcleodganj: It’s a small and peaceful town. You can do the Triund Trek here. I’d say the trek is easy-moderate level. Once you reach the top the view is to die for. You can get tents for hire at the base which is in the Mcleodganj city itself. Some people might suggest that you’d need a guide and its very difficult to do it alone. But it is actually a trek you can do it easily on your own. It would take about 2 hours to reach the top. Make sure to camp, the view in the night in bliss. Bir-Billing: It has the highest peak in Asia to do Paragliding from. Paragliding world Championships are held here. If you want to do paragliding, it is THE place to do it from. And, its very easily accessible too. It’d cost you about 4000 rupees to do the paragliding with the video, may be cheaper. There are a lot of other places which I have mentioned in my published trip. More details can be found here: https://www.tripoto.com/trip/a-reunion-in-himachal-59ac249419251 Hope you have a good trip and an enjoyable one. Happy Travelling.
