Visit after Navratri. As many of Gujarati folk dance group will come there to perform GARBA as they won in Navratri.

Hi Akshay, October- The temperature during these months is between 25 to 12 degrees Celsius and makes the weather perfect for sightseeing. This is also the best time to visit Rann of Kutch Festival. You can rather plan in December when you can also visit the rann utsav festival and it will winter's by then so weather will also be good
