For relaxed vacation , try to search south goa as it is peaceful and relaxed place to spend time .You can search for arambol, Palolem or colva beaches.

Mid march will be way hot and humid in Goa.
If you are looking for no crowd in Goa then stay at South Goa which is very serene and less of crowd.
