Yes it is the best time to visit Ladakh. In the month of June and July the climate will be moderate. The temperature may vary between 23-27. The maximum temperature recorded there is 30C

Hi, in June first week, Manali-Leh highway opens up. However, the first week is not suitable since the area experiences snow slides and recurring blockages. From second week of June to the end of July you shouldn't face any issues. This is actually a pleasant time to visit Ladakh.
