You can go for any trek in Uttarakhand & Himachal..
There r so many options where you can enjoy with chilling weather, like
Kedarkantha, Haar ki Doon, Kuri Pass etc.
and there are few Hiking options also, like Tosh-Kheerganga

It's a place called sandakfu..u can get a magnificent view of the kanchanjunga.. And if lucky enough and the clear sky permits u can even see the peak of Mount everest.. So what are you waiting for pack your backpack and set for your trip... Firstly reach Siliguri and then take a car and the local driver will guide you to base spot from where you can start your trek..
