There is nothing much to do in Udaipur. 1 day is enough I think. Udaipur city Palace, Pichola lake, Saheliyon ki Bari and evening time spend at Ambrai Ghat. The view is just mesmerizing from Ambrai Ghat at evening time. And go to a lake view cafe for dinner.

Go for 2 days atleast so that you can visit Udaipur city palace freely which will take 4 hr approx from.inside then you can visit Pichola Lake and karni mata ka temple there you need to go with Ropeway.
After that next day you should visit vintage car museum and Saheliyon ki bari.

Spent at least four days for an authentic experience. Visit sajjangarh, badi lake, karnimata, city Palace, fatehsagar and do a day trip to Chittorgarh

Udaipur is a beautiful city to explore ....
there is a lot to do in udaipur...
first day visit city palace, boating at lake pichhola, then reach "Bagor ki haveli" at ganagaur ghat till 5pm...enjoy it's evening show at 7pm..its a must attend show...
then have dinner at ambrai...
second day plan for sajjanhgarh fort...and there a zoological park...it's also good...
after that go to saheliyon ki badi...then go to fateh sagar ki paal for dinner ...
there are also places like karni mata mandir, badi lake, vintage car museum etc to visit around.
if you have more days in hand, then go to nathdwara and kumbhalgarh as well...worth visiting...

Udaipur is a city that has a lot to offer you day1- cover Saheliyon ki baadi , Aravali vatika ropeway ( they take you up by ropeway theres a temple there also this place provides a gud view of the city) , pratap smarak ,Jagdish temple , Lake picholaenjoy sunset from the boat itself , city palace ( if you don't like just roaming around and seeing things please don't buy the ticket to museum and gallery it's futile and costly) bagor ki haveli and enjoy cultural show in the night
day2- cover Fateh Sagar lake , kalagram , and sajjangarh fort (enjoy sunset from Here) if you have one more day then you have two options visit haldighati and Ekling ji temple or you can go to Chittorgarh SPECIAL ADVICE : if you are a foodie then please go to Natraj gali in the morning and have the alloo vada there it's a small stall opened till 9 only chaaye and alloo vada will make the best breakfast
Also carry your student id if you have ( you'll get discounts at many places )

Saheliyo ki badi is not worthful, better than that to go Nathdwara Temple or Eknath Ling Temple,
Enjoy boating and beauty of Fateh Sagar Lake,

In udaipur u can visit lake pichola, fatehsagar lake, jag Mahal, city palace, jagdish temple, ambrai for dinner and hathipole market for shopping,cable car ride to an old temple!!
