Vietnam is one of the chiepest yet beautiful country. 35k is sufficient amount. if u take direct flight, it may cost u high. but if u take a layover @ Bangkok or @ Singapore or @ Malaysia it will cost u a little less.

With a budget of around 35k plan a destination where airfare is not high because for any international travel airfare accounts for the significant cost. April is the good time to visit Nepal and Bhutan . Also Srilanka can be planned if you get good airfare deal. You may consider Bangkok also provided you opt for low fare airlines .

Go for sri lanka, nepal or bhutan even if u made it to Thailand or Bali u wont be able to do all the things u should be doing dere due to lack of ua budget so sri lanka, nepal and bhutan should be best. book ua hostels, flight n transportation in advance to avoid price hike
