I will suggest visit only one place at a time. I guess visiting two places back to back will be very tiring.
That too two completely opposite places. But if you want to visit both hill station and beach together, you can visit Sri Lanka.

I would suggest pls plan the itinerary by yourself. . i would suggest you to reach havelock island directly on the first day as nothing much is there to do jn port Blair. while returning u can spend a day there and see places such as samudrika naval museum, cellular jail. but corals and souvenirs. best places to stay in havelock is sea shell resort, barefoot resort, silversand and symphony palms beach resort. then travel to Neil island. when u plan yourself, u can travel in Royal suit and premium louge in maacruz fleet. scuba diving, snorkeling are the best adventure to do in havelock and u can bargain there. no need to book from here and go. Transportation is also easily available. hire a scooty and enjoy the ride whenever you wish to. don't forget to enjoy coconut water and loads of pics by the beach for memories. I have been in dec 18 peak time dates we're 26 dec to 2 jan 19 and I had to spent only 40k with flights. we stayed in symphony palm jn havelock and TSG aura in Neil. food, dj everything was good. you can spend a day extra while in port blair if u wish to see the jarawa tribes and limestone caves, but it's very far from port Blair and u require a whole day for it. I was lucky to go as I had manage four Wheeler and we drove according to our time and pace. we left hotel at 10.30 am and returned back at 7.30pm. we could only see the tribes. if u wish to do both tribes and limestone caves then u have to leave hotel around 4am ☺. so plan out wisely accordingly what and how u would want to enjoy. travel people just push u to time to time and don't give time for u as they club with other travellers too. Always travel and plan by yourself. Would highly recommend you to plan yourself. Any doubts, pls revert. thanks and have a relaxing vacation.
