No bro, just because it is Shiva cafe, it doesn't mean that you'll get weed there. Besides you don't really get weed in Himachal. Also McLeod is not really the place for getting high kind of tourism as the small township (not small anymore compared to say twenty years ago) more spiritually inclined than other notoriously famous Hill destinations of the state.
