I can suggest many depending upon time you have.... as because of my past experience.... many guys had to cancel there plans because of mega block.... and cancellation of trains....

I used to go trekking with the V Rangers. They have treks every weekend especially in rainy season. You can check their page too. PEB - matheran Bhimashankar trek these 2 I did with them.
