I suggest you go to Phuket. Direct flights are available now from India, Beautiful place to see once in lifetime. You can make it on a budget also by looking for cheap hotels and public transport.

Well in Europe, Serbia would be a best location and you will get visa on arrival also or else try Thailand, Bali or Andaman.
